42 Tung Street, developed by The Development Studio and designed by The Oval Partnership Ltd., was awarded the HKIA Award of Hong Kong – Residential Building at the 2024 HKIA Annual Award Dinner. The accolade recognises architectural excellence in the residential sector and celebrates the project’s thoughtful integration of design, context, and craft. Representing TDS at the ceremony were Alex Leung, partner and executive director, and project teams. This project is the result of collaborative efforts from the passionate team of consultants.
