Designed by P&T Group, with interiors by BTR and styled flats by Studio Ella, 33 Kennedy Road features 71 refined residences that blend contemporary architecture with spatial functionality and lasting character.
The press launch welcomed media, industry professionals, and collaborators to explore the project first-hand and gain insight into its design vision. The event served as a platform to showcase the development’s unique positioning — a sophisticated urban residence that balances modern living with a deep sense of place. With its rare location, thoughtful design, and strong investment appeal, 33 Kennedy Road is set to redefine the standard of city living in this historic neighbourhood.
The Development Studio is honoured to have received the Gold Award at the HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Awards (CADA) 2024 for our project, 42 Tung Street. Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the award celebrates design excellence across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Situated in Tai Ping Shan, the 23-storey tower features 13 boutique units and reflects a sensitive integration of modern craftsmanship with traditional Tong Lau elements. The award ceremony, held at Asia Society Hong Kong Center, was a proud moment for the team and our collaborators.
The Development Studio was pleased to collaborate with The Oval Partnership Ltd. in hosting a guided tour of our award-winning project, 42 Tung Street, as part of the HKIA Annual Awards 2024 programme. Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the event welcomed a group of 16 participants to experience the design narrative and spatial intent behind the residential development, which was recognised with the HKIA Award of Hong Kong in the Residential Building category. The walk offered valuable exchanges between practitioners and attendees, and highlighted the importance of design that thoughtfully engages with context and community.
The Development Studio was honoured to attend the Opening Ceremony of the HKIA Annual Awards Exhibition 2024, where our project, 42 Tung Street, was recognised with the HKIA Award of Hong Kong – Residential Building. The event, held at Central Market, celebrates the city’s most exemplary architectural works. Located in Soho, Sheung Wan, 42 Tung Street is a 23-storey tower that fuses modern living with traditional Tong Lau character. The award highlights the dedication of our entire team and collaborators. The exhibition runs until 28 November.
42 Tung Street, developed by The Development Studio and designed by The Oval Partnership Ltd., was awarded the HKIA Award of Hong Kong – Residential Building at the 2024 HKIA Annual Award Dinner. The accolade recognises architectural excellence in the residential sector and celebrates the project’s thoughtful integration of design, context, and craft.
